Repair procedures

When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective
tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
|
• |
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
|
• |
Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
|
|

Remove the front seat assembly.
(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Assembly")
|
2. |
Remove the protector (A) and remove the front seat outlet shield cover
(B) in the direction of the arrow by pressing the locking pin.
Be careful not to damage the hook and bracket.

3. |
Separate the front seat power switch connector (A).
|
4. |
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Make sure the connector is connected in properly.
|
•
|
Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
