Repair procedures
Inspection
1.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2.

Remove the front door trim.

(Refer to Body - "Front Door Trim")

3.

Apply battery voltage to each terminal as shown in the table and verify that the mirror operates properly.

Removal
1.

After inserting the flat-bladed screwdriver or remover as shown in the illustration below, remove the mirror (A) by applying a momentary force.

  

Wrap the tool with protective tape or cloth to prevent damage to the parts.

Do not insert the tool too deeply.

2.

Disconnect the mirror heater connectors (A) and rear corner radar indicator connector (B).

3.

Remove the mirror actuator (A) after loosening the mounting screw.

4.

Disconnect the mirror actuator connector (A).

Installation
1.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
