Adjusting Instrument Cluster Illumination The brightness of the instrument panel illumination is changed by pressing the illumination control button (“+” or “-”) when the ignition switch or Engine Start/Stop button is ON, or the taillights are turned on.
Speedometer The speedometer indicates the speed of the vehicle and is calibrated in kilometers per hour (km/h) and/or miles per hour (mph). Tachometer The tachometer indicates the approximate number of engine revolutions per minute (rpm).
Description and operation Description The evaporator temperature sensor will detect the evaporator core temperature and interrupt compressor relay power in order to prevent evaporator from freezing by excessive cooling. The evaporator temperature sensor has the Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC).
Components and components location Components Location 1. Auto logging actuator Description and operation Description The auto defogging sensor is installed on front window glass. The sensor judges and sends signal if moisture occurs to blow out wind for defogging.
