Adjusting Instrument Cluster Illumination

The brightness of the instrument panel illumination is changed by pressing the illumination control button (“+” or “-”) when the ignition switch or Engine Start/Stop button is ON, or the taillights are turned on.

■ Type A ■ Type B The LCD display modes can be changed by using the control buttons on the steering wheel. (1) : MODE button for changing the LCD MODES (2) : MOVE scroll switch for selecting the items (3) OK : SET/RESET button for setting the items or resetting the items ❈ For the LCD modes, refer to “LCD Display” in this chapter.
Repair procedures Removal 1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. 2. Remove the roof trim assembly. (Refer to Body - "Roof Trim Assembly") 3. Disconnect the high mounted stop lamp connector (A).
Description and operation Description The compressor is the power unit of the A/C system. It is located on the side of engine block and driven by a V-belt of the engine. The compressor changes low pressure and low temperature refrigerant gas into high pressure and high temperature refrigerant gas.
