When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective
tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.

Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
|

Open the fuel filler door (A).

|
2. |
Loosen the fuel filler door mounting bolt (A).

|
3. |
Insert 4 points (A) marked with awls to release the inner locking jaw,
and then remove the fuel door housing.

|

Disconnect the fuel filler door connector (A).

The outer cover (B) is reusable but the fuel door housing (C)
is replaced with new parts.

5. |
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Make sure the fuel filler door locks / unlocks and opens / closes
properly.
