Repair procedures

Replacement
[Rear door side weatherstrip]
1.

Loosen the rear door checker (B) mounting bolt.

Tightening torque :

21.6 - 31.4 N.m (2.2 - 3.2 kgf.m,15.9 - 23.1 lb-ft)

2.

Detach the clips, remove the rear door side weatherstrip (A).

3.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  

Replace any damaged clips.

[Rear door body side weatherstrip]
1.

Detach the clips, then remove the rear door body side weatherstrip (A).

2.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  

Replace any damaged clips.

    Repair procedures Replacement 1. Remove the rear door trim. (Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Trim") 2.

    Components and components location Component Location 1. Rear door latch Repair procedures Replacement    • When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
